In order to comprehensively retrospect Yulong Gold’s key work in 2023, sum up experience, gather strength and seek common development, on January 10th, the company held the retrospective meeting of 2023. Niu Lei, Jinan Hi-Tech Holding Group’s Party committee member, deputy general manager, Yulong Gold’s chairman, attended the meeting.
会前,各分管领导、部门和项目负责人分别带领员工召开了复盘会议。会上,公司中层以上管理人员围绕目标回顾、结果评估、原因分析、经验教训四个方面,依次做了复盘汇报,并明确2024年重点工作任务。
Before the meeting, the leaders in charge, departments and project leaders led the staff to hold a retrospective meeting respectively. During the meeting, the company’s middle-level and above executives made reports in four aspects: target retrospect, result evalsuation, reason analysis and experience summary, and made clear the key tasks in 2024.
会议强调,一是通过复盘明确目标,并形成集体学习和知识积累的机制,同时要注重复盘的质量,包括重点复盘关键节点和里程碑事件,复盘最不想面对的事件,复盘收集各方面的群众意见建议,复盘最主要时间精力投入的地方,切实让复盘成为我们工作提升的有效工具。二是针对2023年工作,除了复盘全年考核任务和个人考核完成情况之外,要重点复盘各项目团队打造上,形成合力、凝聚力和战斗力并成为公司发展的关键支柱;要重点复盘与合作伙伴的关系,母公司包括各项目公司股权比例不同、情况各异,要寻求最大公约数聚力发展;要重点关注上市公司监管问题,做到敬畏市场、敬畏法治、敬畏专业、敬畏风险、敬畏投资者。三是针对2024年工作,要做好谋划发展是第一要务、突出矿业主业是必由之路、做好市值管理是最有获得感体现、持续提升矿业经营管理水平是最不能放松环节、确保新并购项目落地是最关键举措、持续打造核心竞争力是最坚强硬核六个方面的工作,促进公司持续健康高质量发展。
The meeting emphasized that, first, the objectives should be clarified through retrospect and a mechanism for collective learning and knowledge accumulation should be formed. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the quality of the retrospect, including focusing on key nodes and milestones, events that we don’t want to face the most, collecting opinions and suggestions from all sides, and the most important part to invest time and energy, so as to effectively make the retrospect an effective tool to improve our work level. Second, for the work in 2023, in addition to the completion of the annual assessment tasks and individual assessments, it was necessary toconcentrate on the building of various project teams, forming synergy, cohesiveness and combat effectiveness and then becoming a key pillar of the company’s development; it was important to emphasize on the relationship with business partners. The parent company, including the project companies, had different equity ratioses and different situations, and it was vital to seek the greatest common denominator to develop together; in the meanwhile, we should concentrate on the supervision of listed company, and revere the market, the rule of law, the profession, risks and investors. Third, in view of the work in 2024, planning and developmentwas the first priority, highlighting the main mining industrywas the only way, managing the market valuewas the most rewarding embodiment, continuously improving the management level of mining industrywas the most important link, ensuring the fulfillment of new M&A projectswas the most critical measure, and continuously building core competitivenesswas the strongest hard core to promote Yulong Gold’s sustained, healthy and high-quality development.
